1. Warranty case:

  • The product is within the warranty period.
  • The product is warranted in accordance with the provisions of the supplier.
  • You present the warranty card when under warranty.

2. Case the warranty is not covered:

  • The product has expired the warranty period stated on the warranty card or the warranty card is lost.
  • The warranty card does not specify the product code and the date of purchase.
  • Product code and Warranty card do not match or cannot be identified for any reason.
  • The product is scratched due to long-term use.
  • The product is dented, deformed due to impact.
  • The customer arbitrarily interferes with the inside of the product or takes it to another place for repair.

3. Conditions of exchange or 100% refund:

  • The product is found to be defective by the manufacturer upon receipt.
  • The product is not the same as the product you ordered on our website.
  • Note:
    – Customers need to return the products within 14 working days from the time you receive the goods.
    – Returned products need to have the original labels, boxes, and packaging intact as when you first received the goods.
